Best time to visit

No matter what time of the year you visit the Blue Mountains you won’t be disappointed. In the summer months, the mountains offer cool and welcome relief. Our winters can be chilly, so please pack warm clothing and you will be fine.

In spring, the Leura Garden Festival is held. The most popular and well known event in Leura, where for nine days in October public and private gardens open to the general public for charity benefit, a horticultural feast like no other and a long tradition in Leura.

Many people enjoy the 'Christmas in July' celebrations including the Winter Magic Festival held in June.

 

Overlooking Leura Golf Course

The 1st green of the Leura Golf Course is just 20 metres from the front deck. The lush green rolling fairway, flanked by ancient and colourful trees takes your gaze to the Club House and the 1st tee.
